Kinhaven School - Ballston is located directly across the street from the Ballston-MU Metro station served by the silver and orange line trains and more than fifteen Metro and ART bus routes. The entrance to the school is on the west side of the building, via the mid-block driveway.
Transit use and walking is encouraged. Bike and stroller parking is available on level P1 with access controlled by key fob.
Parking Access Visitors may park in surface level spaces along the perimeter of the driveway, accessed mid-block from Fairfax Dr and in designated garage spaces. At no time may drivers queue on Fairfax Drive awaiting entrance into the driveway. Continue along Fairfax Drive to Vermont ST and circle the blocks to re-enter.

Enrolled families also have fob access to garage parking while on-site; parking is limited to fifteen minutes during arrival and dismissal periods. Parking is limited to two hours at other times.
