Our summer program is much like our regular school year, complete with qualified staff, lesson plans, and daily schedules.

We will have two-day classes, Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday, open to 2 year olds, and a four day schedule, Monday through Thursday, open to 2 - 5 year olds. The class hours are 9:30 am - 1:00 pm. The summer program is a bit more relaxed with a greater emphasis on fun, yet involves activities centered on specific themes. There is lots of learning, caring and sharing.

Like last summer, we will hold three different sessions. Each session will have a new and exciting theme with plenty of activities to keep the children busy. The session dates are:

Session 1 June 23 - July 10 (three weeks)
Passport to Morocco

Session 2 July 14 - July 31 (three weeks)
Passport to Spain

Session 3 August 4 - August 14 (two weeks)
Passport to China

Registration

Registration for currently enrolled Kinhaven families will begin on March 10, 2008. Registration for new families will be accepted beginning March 24, 2008, between the hours of 9:30 and noon, Monday through Friday. All registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve a space, the registration fee plus deposit (50% of the total tuition) must be submitted with the completed registration form. There will be a $25 registration fee for currently enrolled families and a $35 registration fee per child for new families. There is a tuition discount for those children enrolled for all three sessions. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO KINHAVEN ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF THE CLASS YOU SELECTED IS FULL, YOUR CHECK WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU! An original birth certificate must also be presented at the time of registration for new students. The remaining balance is due on the first day of camp, Monday, June 23, 2008.

Program Information (Summer 2008)

* Your child can attend a camp session(s) if they have turned two by the first day of that session. Children who are five (5) years old must not yet have attended kindergarten.
